Account Registration & Verification

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the 777soul platform:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts. Never share your password with anyone.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The terms and conditions governing financial transactions on the 777soul platform are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — the account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require additional verification.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new users on their first registration and deposit only.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement — typically 15–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.

• Only one bonus may be claimed per household or device.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

Betting Rules & Restrictions

• The minimum bet amount per wager is ৳100.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, 777soul reserves the right to void that bet.
• 777soul is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, payouts may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Bans

777soul reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use of bots or automated software on the platform.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour toward other users.

If an account is closed and a remaining balance exists with no proven rule violation, the balance will be refunded. However, bonus funds will be forfeited in cases of bonus-related violations.

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

The following liability limitations apply under 777soul's Terms & Conditions:

• 777soul will not be liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or other external factors beyond our control.
• 777soul is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
• Any disputes regarding betting results must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• In any dispute, 777soul's decision shall be considered final.
• Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
